Mexican seasoning

This is the super simple seasoning mix I use for tacos and burritos!

INGREDIENTS

1 part chili power (or more if you like it hot!)

1 part garlic powder

1 part onion powder

2 parts sweet paprika

3 parts ground cumin

METHOD

Mix it all together and store in an air-tight container.

When you’re ready to use it, add 1-2 heaped teaspoon per 400g of protein, or whatever suits your taste, plus lime, salt and pepper.
