Set and forget, easy and delicious sweet potato chips.
These are super simple so I won’t faff on and get straight into it.
1 medium sweet potato
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/3 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
*Makes up to four sides, or one main.
Preheat oven to 180° fan forced and line a baking tray with parchment.
Cut the potato into wedges – I usually cut it in half length-wise, then cut those halves in half top to tail, and then into fries.
Add oil and spices and toss until evenly coated.
Spread across tray and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through and starting to crisp.
