Welcome to Unsaturated Nat; a strictly non-restrictive approach to happiness and health, starting with what we eat. Don’t let the name fool you – Unsaturated Nat is a safe space for foods (including fats – saturated or otherwise) of all kinds, some albeit, enjoyed more moderately than others.
Rather than restrict or completely eliminate any food groups, Unsaturated Nat aims to find the middle-ground, the healthy and happy space that feeds not only your body, but also your soul. For me, that means a diverse and mostly plant-based diet high in whole foods – but this is my passion project, and there are no rules.
I am not a nutritionist or a chef. But what I am is seriously passionate about trying new things and experimenting with food. I’m learning all the time, and sometimes I make mistakes, but my goal is to lead a better, healthier and more fulfilling life, one day at a time.
