Welcome to Unsaturated Nat; a strictly non-restrictive approach to happiness and health, starting with what we eat.  Don’t let the name fool you – Unsaturated Nat is a safe space for foods (including fats saturated or otherwise) of all kinds, some albeit, enjoyed more moderately than others.

Rather than restrict or completely eliminate any food groups, Unsaturated Nat aims to find the middle-ground, the healthy and happy space that feeds not only your body, but also your soul.  For me, that means a diverse and mostly plant-based diet high in whole foods – but this is my passion project, and there are no rules.

I am not a nutritionist or a chef. But what I am is seriously passionate about trying new things and experimenting with food. I’m learning all the time, and sometimes I make mistakes, but my goal is to lead a better, healthier and more fulfilling life, one day at a time.
